Description of the Position: (Purpose of the Position):
The President’s Office is seeking applicants for President’s Office Student Assistants. The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail and prior experience working in a confidential environment. This position may also assist in completing tasks for the Dean of the College and the Institutional Effectiveness and Assessment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Greeting and assisting all visitors/faculty/staff with friendly attitude
Handling of office phones for both the President’s Office and Dean/Provost’s Office
Assisting with mailings, filing and other clerical tasks
Other duties as assigned
