Description of the Position : (Purpose of the Position) :
Assist patrons in accessing and using library resources and supporting the circulation of A / V equipment and related technology using our equipment checkout software.

Checking equipment and technology in / out through our equipment checkout softwareOverseeing routine maintenance of equipment and technologyCataloging new equipmentMaintaining knowledge of collections and circulation processesEnforcing library rules and policies for patronsAssisting patrons in determining what items that they need / want for their projects and assisting them with equipment usageResolving or reassigning incoming requests and queries via TDX ticketing systemCreating documentation on how to use the equipmentQualifications : (Education / Experience / Skills)
