Position Description
For this role, we are searching for a creative, passionate, competitive and experienced volleyball coach who inspires students and thrives in a collaborative atmosphere. The ideal candidate has a communicative approach to coaching and designs practices and drills that integrate skill proficiency, teamwork and an equitable balance of time between all players. The candidate sparks a love for volleyball in their coaching and provides opportunities to strengthen students’ on-the-court skills. Candidates with coaching experience preferred.
In addition, all coaches will be expected to attend and drive school transportation to all matches. This candidate will be expected to work with Athletic Director regularly, communicate with parents and students regarding sport and any events and/or issues that may arise and comply with all MIAA policies, rules & regulations.
Candidate must have excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of volleyball is required, with MIAA experience being preferred. Bachelor’s degree also preferred.

For coaches, the St. Paul’s Schools has a compensation scale based on level of sport coached. For this role, this position will be paid $4,000 for the fall volleyball season. Ready to join our team?
