SUMMARY : The St. Vincent de Paul CARES Donor Database and Donor Relations Manager is part of a passionate team that contributes to the transformation of people’s lives. Based in the SVdP CARES administrative office, this person is responsible for managing the donor database / CRM and supporting donor relations and events to help achieve the fundraising and stewardship goals of the development department and St. Vincent de Paul CARES. This position supports and participates in all development department activities inclusive of events, fundraising campaigns, and in-kind drives. The position helps represent St. Vincent de Paul CARES to the larger community and helps position the organization for long-term success.

- Attend required meetings set by the Chief of Development and St. Vincent de Paul CARES.
- Manage the receipt, processing, entry, and stewardship of donations.
- Ensure that all digital giving platforms are fully integrated with the donor database / CRM.
- Manage and maintain the donor database / CRM.
- Create donor and fundraising reports from the donor database / CRM.
- Manage online event donations and silent auctions.
- Participate in planning and execution of fundraising events.
- Train staff on the use of the donor database / CRM.
- Ensure optimal use of the donor database / CRM to achieve the goals of the organization.
- Assist staff with donor database / CRM system issues and schedule follow-up training as required.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve high quality standards-based service, departmental and organization goals.
- Follow all organization's policies, practices, and procedures.

GENERAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS : These physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to perform the essential functions of the job successfully. WORK ENVIRONMENT : Environment will occasionally become noisy due to equipment operations and interactions among clients and staff. There may be the possibility of being exposed to communicable disease, possible exposure to verbal abuse or similar behavior from residents / clients. Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
