Role and Responsibilities
As an Community Navigator on our team, you will play a vital role in assisting clients in their journey towards recovery. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate care, support, and to monitor individuals who have been engaged in public intoxication. Your primary objective will be to provide guidance and resources as they are sobering up in a safe and secure environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Conduct client intake processes and work directly with clients
· Interact with a variety of clients through case management, providing resources and training
· Process grant reporting data to ensure compliance with funder policies and regulations
· Know what resources are available at the city, county, and state level and who to connect with to assist clients
· Execute program marketing strategies, promoting services and representing SVdP within the community
· Ensure all performance standards, policies, and procedures are followed
· Measure and monitor activity reports and other data to evaluate program impact and goal achievement
· Partner with staff members that provide other resources, programs, and support across all SVdP locations
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree in related fields or equivalent work experience
· 3 years of experience working with service and support programs and/or managing people
· The ideal candidate will have connections in the community and public sector
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Advanced computer skills
· Ability to train clients in various resource areas

Pay: $50,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
