Hours: Monday-Friday
Location: Wall Township, NJ
Job Summary:
The Fleet Administrator supports a company's vehicle fleet by managing operations, budgets, and maintenance. Maintains accurate records of vehicles.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists in administrating and coordinating motor vehicle fleet operations.
- Prepares and maintains accurate vehicle records, insurance, and the required regulatory filings and reporting.
- Handles annual registration renewals and bus inspections paperwork.
- Assist in safety communications as required.
- Ensures compliance with rules and regulations and files paperwork in support of compliance record keeping.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience or related field in fleet transportation
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree
- Prior knowledge of DMV policies and procedures is preferred.
