What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cultivation Associate position at Stability Growers?
Stability Grower is one of Missouri's largest marijuana growers, processors, and retailers. We are seeking a Cultivation Assistant to work to efficiently and safely cultivate cannabis plants according to established company procedures, while creating minimal waste, resulting in a high-quality product that is compliant and ready for sale or processing. Ability to go to $16/hr after 30 days

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Complete daily plant inspection and maintenance according to the company’s SOP
- Sweep and clean area throughout the day
- Assisting with potting and transplanting of plants
- Prune and top plants in the vegetative phase according to company metrics
- Assisting in loading plants into flower rooms, often lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Assist on harvest days with cutting, carrying, and hanging of plants for drying
- Conduct deep cleaning of tables, floors, walls and mechanical systems after each harvest
- Inspect and report observed pest or disease related issues in plants
- Work with a positive encouraging attitude with other duties as assigned
