Position Overview
STACK is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team! This role focuses on driving revenue growth by managing the sales lifecycle for new business accounts in up-market revenue bands. You will identify and engage qualified prospects, create new opportunities, and play a pivotal role in expanding STACK’s customer base.

- Research and identify key prospects involved in the decision-making process
- Multi-threading on all opportunities
- Engage new STACK prospects (all platforms) by various communication means
- Generate NEW business opportunities and manage your own sales pipeline
- Close new business to meet or exceed quota

You are an engaging presenter. You are comfortable in front of a room and can easily navigate software tools and presentation technology while discovering pain points and build a business case
- Run business discovery meetings with prospects to uncover pain and need for STACK solutions
- Be proficient in demonstrating and communicating all STACK products

- Responsible for documenting all prospect interactions via Salesforce
- Research industry trends and continually develop industry knowledge around our business space (Construction | SaaS | Project Management)
- Record and review sales interactions (Demos, meetings, and calls)
- Collaborate with BDRs, Solution Consultants, and Enablement teams
- Learn new products and feature outcomes
Qualifications
Required Experience, Knowledge, and Characteristic Attributes
Must have demonstrated experience, knowledge, and characteristic attributes in the following:
- 3 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role (required); experience in SaaS is preferred
- Challenger & MEDDIC experience preferred but not required
- Ability and willingness to generate own meetings and pipeline
- Toughness and grit – ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Sense of urgency – own your forecasting and drive results every month
- Willingness to accept feedback, to learn and embrace continuous improvement
- Strong attention to details
- Strong written and oral communication with stellar phone, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized multitasker with strong time management skills
- Own your sales motions by interacting with multiple internal stakeholders including but not limited to Demand Gen, Leadership, and Support Teams
