Logistics Foreman

YOUR TASKS

• Oversee receiving, storing, handling, and shipping of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts and audits.
• Assign tasks, schedule shifts, and provide training to warehouse staff.
• Implement and enforce safety guidelines and conduct regular safety drills.
• Ensure warehouse equipment is properly maintained and schedule repairs as needed. This includes but is not limited to forklifts and pallet jacks
• Develop and implement procedures to improve productivity and efficiency. Including the picking and packing process which is crucial for production.
• Address internal and external customer inquiries and resolve issues related to warehouse operations.

YOUR PROFILE

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; proficiency in inventory management software, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
• Must have the ability to learn internal ERP system
• Reasoning and Decision-Making Skills
• Work will be performed outdoors in varying climates as well as temperature control environments inside the warehouse
