In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of financial and administrative tasks, including deposits, payroll assistance, onboarding of new employees, maintenance of employee files, preparation of offer letters, reconciliation of medical bills, and accounts payable (AP).

- Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks
- Process payroll and assist with benefits administration
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts
- Reconcile medical bills and expenses
- Process accounts payable (AP)
- Assist with other financial and administrative tasks as needed
