Position Overview :
Staff Finders Technical Inc. is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to support our Enterprise Contract Center team. This role provides an opportunity to work with cutting-edge agricultural technology products while delivering exceptional service to our dealers and customers. You will serve as the front line for technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through your expertise.
This position offers retention bonuses after 6, 12, and 18 months of employment, along with pay increases at the same intervals. Please note, these incentives are subject to completion of your assignment and are forfeited if the assignment is
Primary Responsibilities & Duties :
- Responding to general product questions (availability, compatibility)
- Assisting with Agriculture, Residential, Commercial Turf, and Golf product issues
- Handling warranty registration and extended warranty coverage
- Providing out-of-warranty assistance
- Managing parts and publications lookups
- Addressing Loyalty Rewards program inquiries
