What We’re Looking For :
Bilingual skills. Fluent in ENG-SPA is a must.
Proven track record in a supervisory or management role, preferably in sales and / or operations. Your leadership skills will be the driving force behind our market's success.
Prior experience in staffing, hospitality, sales, or account management, showcasing your understanding of client and employee needs in dynamic markets.
Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Exhibit exceptional time management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities and ensure the seamless flow of operations.
Take the initiative to identify and address potential challenges before they arise, showcasing your problem-solving prowess.
Ability to influence and guide others effectively, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
