The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in light industrial and skilled trades roles. This position will play a key role in developing talent pipelines, building relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless recruiting process. The role operates in a hybrid work environment, offering flexibility while maintaining a strong presence in our corporate office and client locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting – Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in light industrial and skilled trades positions.
- Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development – Utilize job boards, networking events, social media, and other sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
- Candidate Assessment – Conduct phone screens and in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Client & Hiring Manager Partnership – Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, provide talent recommendations, and develop strategic hiring solutions.
- Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding – Promote job opportunities and build brand awareness through digital platforms and community outreach.
- ATS & Compliance Management – Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring policies and industry regulations.
- Reporting & Metrics – Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies and improve efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in light industrial and skilled trades staffing or corporate recruiting.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing, logistics, skilled trades, and industrial roles.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
