PLANT MANAGER - Metal Manufacturing / Fabrication
Location: Chicago, IL
Salary: $130,000 - $165,000 / yr.
We are seeking a Plant Manager to lead a well-established, growing manufacturing facility. This is a large plant where you’d have 5 reports, a plant with a strong history, cutting-edge technology, and a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who is active on the plant floor, not just in the office. - Drive process improvement and data-driven decision-making to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure production goals are met while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and reliability.
- Work with CNC punching, Press Brake machines, welders, robotics, electronics, and complex system enclosures.
