Responsibilities to Include:
Greeting and assisting new applicants
Interviewing and matching candidate's skillset with available openings
Prescreening candidates
Answering phone calls and emails
Providing excellent customer service to our temporary associates as well as company clients
On-site check in of temporary associates
Job Requirements:
- Strong sense of commitment, responsibility and urgency
- Bilingual English-Spanish a must!
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment a must!
- Customer service experience is a must!
- Reliable transportation
