- 1st Shift: 9AM - 5PM
- Plus Overtime
Pay Rate
- $20 - $23 / hour
Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative will serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email while coordinating between customers and the production team to ensure smooth order processing. This role also involves monitoring the production area briefly throughout the day to ensure orders are on track and properly organized.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing product information and assistance.
- Coordinate between customers and the production team to ensure accurate order processing.
- Track and update customers on order statuses, production timelines, and shipping details.
- Ensure all customized products meet company standards before shipment.
- Visit the production area periodically to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Learn and understand various customized products to provide accurate information and assistance.
- Assist with minor administrative tasks related to customer service and order coordination.
Job Requirements
- MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish
- At least 3 years of Office and Warehouse experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) or similar software for managing emails, orders, and records.
