We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist who is dedicated to, and prides themselves in their work. Requirements : Qualified candidates will have two years of progressive continuous improvement or quality experience.
Schedules available :
Schedule : 6 : 00am - 4 : 30pm Monday - Thursday, and Friday 6 : 00am - 2 : 30pm
Pay rate : $21.70 - $27.49 / hr.
Essential tasks :
- Collaborate across all levels to drive product and process improvements.
- Maintain records, generate reports, and support Quality and Lean projects.
- Assist with QMS reviews and internal audits to ensure compliance with AS9100 and industry standards.
- Facilitate training sessions, including WSA and new hire QMS training.
- Implement corrective actions for alerts and findings and explore new tools and process improvements.
- Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives, including resource development and tool troubleshooting.
- Use Quality and Lean tools to identify opportunities, reduce costs, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
