We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Insurance Agent. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue growth
- Schedule appointments and meet with customers to discuss their insurance needs
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell insurance products
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements:
- Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred
- Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
