Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3 years in management, preferably in healthcare (preferred)
  • Knowledge of state regulations, Joint Commission standards, and insurance requirements.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.

    • Responsibilities

  • Oversee staffing, hiring, and termination processes.
  • Ensure staff uphold DHHS and Joint Commission standards.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and teamwork.
  • Supervise BHTs, Case Managers, and support staff.
  • Manage vendor relations and maintain accurate schedules in EMR systems.
  • Coordinate client transportation and interdepartmental communication.
  • Develop and implement training manuals and programs.
  • Provide ongoing supervision and education to staff on best practices.
  • Identify program deficiencies and implement improvements.
  • Maintain logs and perform periodic property inspections.
  • Act as Designee for Life Safety and Audit Staff for Environment of Care.

    Pay : $65,000 - $80,000 annually
