Construction Manager Facilities (Santa Rosa, CA)
We are looking for a Construction Manager for a global aerospace company. In this role, you will plan, design and oversee the construction of expanded facilities. Oversees architectural, engineering, and cost estimates, construction plans, specifications, and schedules.
This is a 12-month contract (extensions likely), 40-hour-per-week role. This is an onsite role at Santa Rosa, CA.
This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.
Responsibilities:
- Obtains and supervises outside contractors. Recommends architectural and engineering design procedures and standards for the planning and design of facilities.
- Defines requirements for the detailed design, budgetary costing, and standardized construction, and observes final inspection of facility projects as the customer.
- Conducts construction surveillance to ensure adherence to contractual requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience with ICD 705 construction standards and other relevant security and regulatory requirements.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, as well as experience with clean dry air and N2 systems.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Ability to gather complex and conflicting requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into a clear scope of work which subcontractors can execute upon.
- Ability to present strategy in a logical manner to varying levels of leadership.
- Bachelors Degree.
