Event Program Coordinator (Washington DC)
We are seeking an Event Program Coordinator for a large, global B2B high-tech company. This role will be responsible for supporting the opening and operations of a new pop-up Innovation Hub in downtown Washington, D.C. In this role, you will support event logistics, customer coordination, and onsite hospitality to ensure a seamless customer experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented environment, enjoys executing elite hospitality, and has a passion for customer service.
This is a 4-month contract (Extension OR Conversion to FTE possible), 40 hours per week onsite role at the Washington DC office Location from Monday - Thursday (8:30am - 5:30pm)
This is a W2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions. Health benefits and 401K are offered.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and execution of the onsite events at the D.C. Innovation Hub pop-up.
- Execute elite-level hospitality and customer service, including welcome guests, confirming catering, setting up experience room with swag, name badges, etc.
- Reset space between events to ensure consistent experience for each customer.
- Be the key contact for sales and customers for any onsite and hospitality related inquiries.
- Assist in scheduling staff for events onsite.
- Collect onsite feedback to ensure improvements for future events.
- Maintain Client brand in all communications before, during, and after events.
- Coordinate with co-working space reception for any deliveries, attendee.
- Troubleshoot technology and contact DT support as needed.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, Executive Briefings, or a related field.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks with a solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Motivated self-starter who thrives in a detail-oriented environment.
- Experience in corporate events, executive assistance, or marketing.

Compensation: $35/hr. - $42.86/hr.
