Talent Acquisition Coordinator Pharma (Hybrid, Tampa, FL)
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a global pharmaceutical company. The resource partners closely with Recruiters and supports the TA Service Model by providing end-to-end support to candidates and hiring managers, including scheduling interviews and facilitating pre-employment activities for the Americas markets with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and providing a positive Candidate and Hiring Manager experience.
This is a 40-hour per-week, 6-month contract (extensions possible), 50% onsite role in Tampa, FL.
This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.
Responsibilities :
Actively working within Paradox and Outlook to schedule interviews and provide timely status update
Managing and communicating any interview changes to the Candidate, Recruiter and Interview Team. Booking travel arrangements and conference rooms
Facilitating pre-employment screenings including background checks following self-adjudication practices, drugs screens, medical mandates, motor vehicle reports, and I-9 employment verification
Supporting the Digital Onboarding Experience for Candidates and representing TA in troubleshooting or enhancement requests in the Digital Onboarding Experience
Problem-solving technical issues in Workday and other TA systems for internal TA partners and Candidates
Process Improvement activities, including :
Participation on TAE project teams, including global projects.
Process mapping, documentation, and presentation
Requirements :
1 years of HR Talent Acquisition Coordination in global companies.
Pre-onboarding experience and dealing with C-Level executives.
Experience with Workday ATS and scheduling experience.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required
Understanding of US visas (i.e. H-1B, L-1, TN, F-1, etc.)
Understanding of the multiple phases of employment-sponsored green card applications, specifically PERM LCA postings & recruitment campaigns.
Spanish speaking and writing (MUST)
Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel
High School Diploma

Compensation : $25 / hr. - $26.97hr.
