Duties and Responsibilities
The Guest Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, including greeting them, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and handling guest requests in a professional and courteous manner.
Main Tasks:
- Greeting and Seating: Welcome guests and seat them in a timely manner.
- Taking Orders: Accurately take food and beverage orders, answering any questions about the menu and making suggestions as needed.
- Serving Food & Beverages: Deliver food and drinks to guests in a timely and organized manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Handling Payments: Present checks, process payments (cash, credit cards, gift cards), and return change or receipts.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure tables are clean and well-maintained throughout service. Assist in clearing dishes and resetting tables after guests leave.
- Following Health & Safety Standards: Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
