Administrative Assistant and Pricing Coordinator

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales

  • Produces and distributes all internal company sales reports in a correct and timely manner.
  • Produces and distributes all monthly sales plan documents in a correct and timely manner.
  • When needed produces all account and specific sales presentations.
  • Recaps to sales management all monthly sales programs and incentives in correct and timely manner.
  • Collects all expense recap reports for the sales department.
  • When needed, maintains accurate and up to date information in all supplier based computer systems.
  • Creates monthly sales plan documents for sales teams.
  • Performs all administrator functions for third party platforms (ie. CPG, Advantage Point)
  • Enters and recaps all program information and tracking in third party platforms (ie. CPG)
  • Communicates to retail and internally, new item introductions, seasonal product timing, allocations

Route Accounting System

  • Maintains accurate and up to date customer information within the computer system.
  • Ensures that all routing information is accurate and up to date within the computer system.
  • Produces and distributes supplier requested sales reports in a correct and timely manner.
  • Enters and manages product allocation process.
  • Enters and manages all sales surveys, objectives, and tasks.
  • Maintains continuous education on software to identify and then implement latest sales tools (ie. dashboards, objectives)
  • Maintains virtual pitchbook

Pricing

  • Creates, reviews, and communicates all company pricing documents in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Accurately enters all frontline and post off pricing information into the computer system in a timely fashion.
  • Enters all current pricing documents into computer system for sale rep access (ie. Knowledge& Copiers)
  • Creates, reviews, and communicates all pricing document to specific retail accounts within appropriate timelines.
  • Continuously maintains and communicates price information changes to employees and specific retail accounts.
  • Makes certain that all supplier, product, and pricing information is accurate and up to date within the computer system.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY

  • Completes and submits all paperwork in a timely fashion
  • Attends all meetings, promotional activities and company functions as requested.
  • Stays up to date on market activity and reports relevant to management.
  • Performs any other necessary duties as directed.
  • Understands and adheres to all company policies and procedures
  • Adheres to all applicable Federal and State regulations regarding the sale merchandising and delivery of product.
  • Adheres to all Federal, State and Local safety regulations when using equipment and vehicles
  • Operates in a safe manner and promotes safety during working hours
  • Works with other employees to ensure team building, professionalism, and a positive environment
  • Creates and maintains open lines of communication between working departments.
  • Works to resolve all customer complaints within 24 hours and ensures no reoccurring issues.
  • Promotes responsible consumption throughout the marketplace.
  • When needed, assists in executing the daily responsibilities of various positions within the administrative department.

KNOWLEDGE

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)

Requirements

  • Maintains appropriate dress and appearance.
  • Must have attention to detail, strong work ethic and good attendance.
  • Experienced in all Microsoft Office applications which includes Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Has working knowledge of the entire portfolio of brands
