Overview
During our 10-week paid internship program, participants will gain hands-on, professional development experience in a full-service advertising agency. The date of our program is June 2 through August 8. All interns will be on-site at our Southfield, Michigan HQ.
Our 2025 Summer Program is offered in the following disciplines:
- Creative (Art Direction and Copywriting)
- Account Services
- Project Management
- Brand Strategy
- Content Studio
Responsibilities
What you will do:
- Provide day-to-day support on real client projects
- Attend internal meetings
- Learn about our capabilities and organization
- Work collaboratively across various departments
Qualifications

Required Skills
What you need to succeed:
- Be a recent graduate or rising Senior or Junior in a relevant major. We value a wide range of academic backgrounds and experiences but require relevancy to advertising and communications industry.
- Demonstrate an interest and desire for advertising
- Strong communication skills (written,verbal and presentation)
- Highly collaborative and comfortable working with diverse disciplines and varying working styles
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Possess a natural curiosity to learn and ask questions
