Stamm Tech (www.stammtech.com) provides top-tier IT service for small to medium sized organizations in Metro Milwaukee. 

Stamm Media (www.stammmedia.com) partners with brands and agencies to provide stunning event technology nationwide. 

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to be our voice, bringing ideas to life online.  We are marketing to prospective employees and customers along with current clients.   

Our ideal candidate has an eye for detail and a mind for engaging written and visual content development.  The right candidate for this role isn’t afraid to ask questions and maintains an active curiosity and drive to elevate our brands. 
 
Location: In-Office (with flexibility) at Milwaukee, WI headquarters 
 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Social Media: Focusing on LinkedIn and Instagram, oversee our social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.  

  • Website & SEO: Optimize our website and ensure that our online content is fresh, informative, and SEO-friendly to drive traffic and conversions. 

  • Email Marketing: Design and execute email campaigns that keep our audience engaged, informed, and excited about new products and services. 

  • Webinars: plan, promote and execute pre-recorded or live webinars with our technology experts. 

  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to optimize campaign performance and show us what’s working — and what’s not! 

  • Email Campaigns: Create and manage engaging email marketing campaigns that drive awareness and excitement  

  • Strategy: Work with the leadership teams to develop overall marketing strategy. 

  • Manage Media: Maintain our portfolio of media assets, including photos, videos, press clippings, logos, etc. 

  • Marketing Materials: Working closely with our sales team, develop case studies, presentations, and sales sheets. 

  • Events: Help to organize 2-3 non-digital events per year, including a trade show for each company. 

 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Proven Digital Marketing Experience: You’ve created an online presence for a brand – or yourself!  You’ve got at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in social media management, email marketing, SEO copywriting and website optimization. 

  • Creative & Strategic Thinker: You can balance creative ideas with a data-driven approach to deliver results that make an impact. 

  • Tech-Savvy: You know your way around tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, basic video editing, and other digital marketing platforms. 

  • Strong Communicator: You know how to craft compelling messages and communicate them clearly across multiple digital channels. 

  • Experimentation: You enjoy trying new things and seeing what works! 

  • Collaborative: You’re approachable, work well within a team but are also self-sufficient when needed.

  • Videography / Editing 

  • Marketing Technology Products or Services
