What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Operations Coordinator position at STAND 8 Technology Consulting?
STAND 8 provides end to end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States with offices in Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey, Atlanta and more, including internationally in Mexico, India and Japan.
We are currently looking for a contractor to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting deal management and business operations, including managing rights, terms, and content windowing. You will also be responsible for scheduling, prioritizing, and optimizing our expanding content library to help grow viewership, increase content awareness, and enhance the user experience.
Responsibilities
- Update and audit content rights and windows in our systems to ensure accurate availability and compliance for titles on our service.
- Support the end-to-end content lifecycle, from submission to scheduling, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure timely and complete deliveries, cost management, and contract compliance.
- Manage, track, input, and implement key day-to-day tasks related to channel operations, including onboards, rebrands, takedowns, and troubleshooting.
- Participate in channel onboarding, operations, and management meetings with key internal and external stakeholders, including programming, marketing, content operations, ad operations, distribution, and product teams.
Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $15 - $19 / per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
