We'll be building executive dashboards that will clearly display progress metrics across important business workflows.and opportunities. The developer will be responsible for understanding business requirements and processes, and translating these into innovative reporting solutions that are highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable. The person must be an expert in the full suite of Salesforce tools, including Salesforce CRMA (formerly known as Tableau CRM and Einstein Analytics), APEX, Aura, and Lightning Web Components in order to provide complete end-to-end solutioning for our client. Our resource on the team will work with our clients stakeholders, product, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless solution yields the desired outcomes for the business.

Responsibilities
The base range for this contract position is $60 - $85/per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders and product management teams to build Salesforce CRMA dashboards and reports.
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce CRMA platform.
- Develop data flows, widgets, data sets, lenses, and dashboards in Salesforce CRMA.
- Modify dashboards and reports based on provided user feedback to ensure optimal usability.
- Pull data from various Saleforce data objects and successfully source data for dashboards.
- Write SQL or SAQL code as required to merge, blend, and normalize incoming data feeds to standardize reporting KPIs.
- Partner with the Salesforce Admin to ensure all development meets enterprise standards, security, and governance requirements.
- Train existing users on CRMA best practices and how to properly use the solution.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce CRMA features and functionalities and incorporate them into solutions as appropriate.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field.
- 4 years of experience with Salesforce CRMA (formerly known as Tableau CRM & Einstein Analytics).
- 4 years of experience with Visualforce, APEX, and SOQL/SOSL/SAQL.
- Solid understanding of CRMA and Salesforce Objects and pulling data from key objects for proper representation
- Solid understanding of CRMA integrations and connectors with other applications (e.g. Power Platform, Power Automate, Snowflake, AWS, etc.).
- CRMA certifications (CRMA, Tableau CRM, or Einstein Analytics certifications) are highly preferred.
- Salesforce certifications: Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform Builder, Einstein, Sales Cloud are nice to have and very useful.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
- Understanding of broader systems engineering concepts including data structures, data modeling, database schemas.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
