We are seeking a Quality Analyst focused on mobile and web applications to test both platforms, identify bugs and usability issues, and ensure a smooth user experience. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers to understand user requirements and test functionalities across various devices and browsers. Key responsibilities include writing test cases, executing manual and automated tests, performing performance and security checks, and staying updated with the latest testing tools and methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Test Case Development : Create detailed test cases covering various scenarios and user flows for both mobile and web applications.
- Manual and Automated Testing : Execute manual tests on different devices and browsers, while utilizing automation frameworks to streamline repetitive testing tasks.
- Defect Logging and Tracking : Identify and document bugs encountered during testing, providing clear descriptions and steps to reproduce issues.
- Collaboration with Development Teams : Communicate identified issues to developers, providing feedback and working with them to resolve defects.
- Performance Testing : Assess application performance under various load conditions to identify bottlenecks and optimize the user experience.
- Usability Testing : Evaluate the user interface and user experience for ease of navigation and intuitive design.
- Device Compatibility Testing : Ensure applications function properly across different mobile devices and operating systems.
- Regression Testing : Verify that new features or bug fixes do not introduce new problems in existing functionalities.
- Security Testing : Conduct security assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities in the application.

The base range for this contract position is $15 - $25 / per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
