We are seeking a Systems Analyst 3, you will play a crucial role in understanding business objectives and problems, identifying alternative solutions, and performing studies and cost / benefit analysis of various options. You will work closely with key stakeholders to analyze user requirements and operational procedures, and you will be instrumental in automating processes and improving existing computer systems. Your insights and technical expertise will help enhance system capabilities, ensuring they align with the needs of the organization and its users.

Responsibilities
- Understand business objectives and operational problems, providing alternative solutions and recommendations.
- Conduct studies and perform cost / benefit analysis of system alternatives.
- Analyze and document user requirements, procedures, and issues to automate or improve systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system improvements and necessary changes.
- Write detailed technical descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps to develop or modify software.
- Review system capabilities and limitations to determine the feasibility of requested changes or new programs.

The base range for this contract position is $68 - $78 / per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
