We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Support (Testing) contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting testing activities during the implementation of the Upland PSA timekeeping solution. This role involves developing and executing test plans, performing functional and user acceptance testing (UAT), and tracking defects. The contractor will collaborate closely with the project team to ensure the timekeeping solution meets business requirements and performs as expected before go-live.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure the Upland PSA timekeeping solution meets business requirements.
- Perform functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) to identify and document defects.
- Collaborate with the project team to understand business requirements and ensure accurate testing coverage.
- Track and report defects, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
- Provide detailed testing reports and feedback to stakeholders.
- Support the project team during go-live to ensure a smooth implementation

The base range for this contract position is $52 - $62 / per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
