We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Technical Support Engineer to join the Technical team on the LB Builds project. The contractor will work closely with the software vendor and internal teams to ensure the successful deployment of the new enterprise land management (permitting and licensing) system. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and experience in system integrations, data migration, and supporting enterprise-level software implementations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the software vendor and internal teams to support the deployment of the enterprise land management system.
- Manage system integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity between the new system and existing applications.
- Lead data migration efforts, including data mapping, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support during the software implementation process, including testing and issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including integration guides and troubleshooting procedures.
- Communicate technical requirements and solutions effectively to stakeholders and team members.
- Ensure system performance, security, and scalability throughout the implementation lifecycle.

The base range for this contract position is $52 - $62 / per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
