STAND 8 provides end to end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States and with offices in Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey, Atlanta, and more including internationally in Mexico and India.
We are seeking a Technical Support specialist to plan, develop, implement, and lead the Infor software application and other software applications used by the Community Development Department to perform its core public-facing functions. This role involves providing specialized technical advice, promoting internal system development, and offering technical analysis and counsel to decision-makers and leaders. The position supports the Community Development Department, ensuring the effective and efficient use of Infor and related software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, implement, and lead the Infor software application and other software solutions.
- Support the Community Development Department in performing its core public-facing functions.
- Provide specialized technical advice and promote the internal development of systems and resources.
- Conduct technical analysis and provide counsel to decision-makers and leaders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Infor and other applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and enhance system functionality.
- Ensure the stability, security, and performance of supported applications.
- Communicate technical solutions effectively to non-technical users and stakeholders.

The base range for this contract position is $52 - $62 / per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
