What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Support position at Stand 8?
STAND 8 provides end to end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States and with offices in Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey, Atlanta, and more including internationally in Mexico and India.
We are seeking a Technical Support contractor to serve on a Team project. This role will work closely with the software vendor and internal teams to ensure the successful deployment of the new enterprise land management system, which includes permitting and licensing functionalities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and experience in system integrations, data migration, and supporting enterprise-level software implementations. This role involves identifying interface requirements (mobile, desktop, etc.) and ensuring the system is fully functional across different platforms, including mobile devices.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the software vendor and internal teams to support the deployment of the enterprise land management system.
- Perform system integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity between the new system and existing platforms.
- Oversee data migration processes to ensure accurate and secure transfer of information.
- Identify and implement interface requirements for various platforms, including mobile and desktop applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system implementation and performance.
- Ensure system functionality across all platforms, with a focus on mobile device compatibility.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders throughout the deployment process.

The base range for this contract position is $52 - $62 / per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
