STANDARD CONCRETE PRODUCTS IS LOOKING FOR CRANE OPERATORS/TRAINEES
STARTING PAY - $19.00 PER HOUR WITH OVERTIME EVERY WEEK. RATE INCREASE AFTER 90 DAYS PROBATION.
MUST HAVE A CLEAN BACKGROUND FOR THE LAST THREE YEARS AND BE ABLE TO PASS DRUG SCREENING

- Will work with Travel Lift and Mi-Jack cranes (70 Ton and 100 Ton).
- Responsible for operating a stationary or traveling crane to lift, move, position, and reposition loads.
- Depresses buttons, lifts levers, and ensures load is safely attached to crane before bringing it down.
- Manipulate or depress cane controls to regulate speed and direction of crane and hoist movement according to written, verbal, or signal instructions.
- Inspect crane for safety issues on a daily basis. Determine if any parts are malfunctioning.
- Complete job tickets, service quality summaries, and all other necessary paperwork.
- Lift, position and place machinery, equipment or other large objects at facilities to produce product and to store of completed product.
- Load completed products on trucks or barges to ship to customer.
- Move levers and pedals to rotate crane on chassis to raise and lower crane boom and to raise and lower load-line.
- Work with in precise limits and standards of accuracy.
- Operate crane according to signals from groundman. Start and stop crane engine. Follow directions carefully.
7:00am until 6 pm Monday through Friday. One Saturday a month.
Average week is 52 hours.
