You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the reliability of aviation repair and maintenance through training and preparation.As an Operations Excellence Analyst (Lead Manufacturing Leader),you will work independently, be a driven change management leader on the StandardAero team. At its core, the role is responsible for execution of strategic improvement projects aligned with business objectives.What you’ll do : Develop, own and execute a strategic roadmap for all operational excellence activities to be aligned with overall business strategy Lead all continuous improvement and kaizen activities for the site Lead team of existing lean facilitator captains for assigned continuous improvement or kaizen activities Lead training for all site continuous improvement and lean facilitator training Ability to travel domestically
