$100,000—$120,000 USD

What You’ll Do
- Drive Global Impact Strategy: Define, drive, and lead Stanley’s global social impact, philanthropy, and community strategies
- Manage Collaborator Relationships: Serve as contact to a network of charitable organizations throughout the U.S. and the world
- Coordinate Stanley Creators Fund: Lead all aspects of Stanley’s application-based grant program
- Lead Employee Experiences: Plan and complete Project 1913, Stanley's dedication to volunteer service
- Collaborate on Cause: Work with Brand, Marketing, Product, and eCommerce teams to develop and implement cause-related brand partnerships
- Be the Expert: Serve as Stanley’s go-to resource on all things social impact
- Passionate about harnessing the power of iconic brands to build a brighter future.
- Thrive in building meaningful connections with diverse, global teams and organizations.
- Equally adept at driving solo initiatives or leaning in to collaboration.
- Proficient at balancing intricate details and delivering on tight deadlines.
- A compelling communicator with the ability to encourage and advise.
- Agile and adaptable, ready to adjust in a dynamic landscape.
- Brimming with empathy, curiosity, and optimism.
- Experience: 4 years in social impact, brand management, philanthropy, community engagement, program management, or related programs
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of philanthropy, volunteering, and cause marketing
- Dedication to Impact: Familiarity with brand marketing and corporate responsibility
- Cultural Awareness: Global perspective gained through travel, language, or multicultural experiences
