We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to provide technical assistance and support to end-users. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues, setting up and configuring systems, and ensuring seamless IT operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 & 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/macOS operating systems and applications
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory (if applicable)
- Handle support tickets and document issues/resolutions
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance
