The Operations Support Manager will be onsite at our corporate headquarters, located in Dublin OH, and will support day-to-day branch operations in administrative aspect to help the Branch Manager be more focused on customers and technicians. The Office Manager will provide an enhanced experience for customers by ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints.
Responsibilities :
- Monitor accounts receivable and conduct collection activity
- Possess working knowledge of PowerMagic to run reports and audit reports for compliance
- Completes AR write-off paperwork
- Repeatedly check complaint system and resolve customer complaints / damages calls or prepare information for appropriate follow-up action by management. Decrease response time for the customer
- Work with Branch Manager to address claims
- Audit crew meeting logs, crew visits-review status, incident report, asset listings
- Other tasks as assigned
