Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor network infrastructure to guarantee reliable connectivity across all departments, facilitating uninterrupted communication and data exchange
- Provide timely assistance to staff for technical issues, troubleshooting problems related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and securely.
- Develops and implements business continuity protocols to minimize disruption to business operations in the event of emergency situations or data loss.
- Regularly assess and optimize system performance to enhance efficiency and support the company's growth objectives.
- Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect sensitive company and customer data from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
- Develops and maintains relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
- Work closely with other departments to understand their IT needs and develop solutions that align with business goals.
- SQL query development and reporting.
- HTML Language and website development.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualification and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support or system administration, preferably within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and security protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Familiarity with manufacturing software systems is advantageous.
· Proficient with basic Microsoft Office 365 software and high proficiency with Excel
- Experience in ERP system (SAP B1) a plus
· Motivated individual with high level of organizational skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
