Job Summary
As an Assistant General Manager in our Casual restaurant, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient restaurant performance.
Duties
- Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer interactions, and kitchen operations
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Support in bartending duties and maintaining beverage quality and inventory
- Oversee shift management to ensure smooth operations during all shifts
- Assist in food management, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels
- Contribute to budgeting processes and cost control measures
- Conduct staff training sessions to maintain high service standards
- Collaborate with the General Manager on strategic planning and business development
Experience
- Prior experience in hospitality or casual restaurant management
- Proficiency in customer service practices
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety regulations
- Experience in staff training and development
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
