Responsibilities
- Researches, evaluates, and implements programs, strategies, and best practices to develop, attract, and retain the best talent to meet the organizations needs
- Partners with HR&D functions and business areas to execute learning, development and acquisition strategies and best practices
- Analyzes labor market and internal trends that may impact State Farms business and develops solutions to advance company objectives
- Focuses on transforming State Farms attraction, development, and retention strategies and processes to help enhance and shape the overall candidate and employee experience
- Develops innovative solutions around candidate and employee experiences, people analytics, branding/marketing and technology enhancements, including infusion of artificial intelligence into the employee journey
- Conducts research and analysis, influences collaboration, makes recommendations, coordinates and may lead projects and develops solutions
- Interprets, creates, analyzes, communicates and presents reports and data supporting or influencing business decisions
- Designs, validates, and supports new and existing tools, processes, programs, and policies
Qualifications
- Learning Experience Design - Experienced in design and execution large scale, complex learning initiatives (leader audience preferred); adult learning background
- Strong business orientation - Understanding of business objectives, leadership capabilities, and how to establish measurable KPIs & aligned performance/learning objectives
- Entrepreneurial spirit & marketing mindset, highly creative, innovative, resourceful
- Strong project & stakeholder management skills; can manage complexity without sacrificing attention to detail
- Comfortable presenting to Executives and large audiences, comprised of multiple levels of leadership; articulate and influential; effective storyteller
- Operates effectively in dynamic environments; comfort with ambiguity and "working in the grey"; highly adaptable
