- Influencing vendors to evolve and support our products
- Understanding and addressing the risks of using vendor products
- Driving decisions using data to support and influence business solutions
- Working cross functionally to integrate products with State Farm systems.
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of work experience as an Analyst or equivalent position required.
- Proven ability to remain connected to industry technical trends and technology innovations.
- Must have experience in project management, specifically leading moderate-sized projects from start to finish.
- Should have experience as a product owner, responsible for managing and prioritizing product features and requirements.
- Should have a track record of building and nurturing business partner relationships to effectively capture business requirements and translate them into well documented technical functional requirements and processes
- Must be able to manage the user experience throughout the entire project lifecycle, providing guidance, consultation, and timely feedback.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills are required to work with various teams and external partners to deliver user experience-focused solutions.
- Must possess strong analytical skills to analyze complex or vague business or technical problems, articulate the problem or root cause, and provide viable solution recommendations.
- Experience in data analysis is required to enable data-driven decision making.
- Understanding of risk and vulnerability management processes, with a demonstrated ability to adhere to security, risk, and compliance guidelines.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple work streams and tasks is necessary. Should be able to handle multiple assignments, both administrative and project-related, while ensuring successful completion.
- Must be able to mentor others in managing multiple assignments effectively.
- Should have the ability to teach and mentor others on technical and business subjects.
- Familiarity with AWS file/data storage capabilities.
- Understanding of user experience design and mobile technology solutions.
- Experience with Performance Management programs, policies, and processes.
