Job Summary:
As an account manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional support to our clients throughout their debt restructuring journey. This role will involve welcoming new clients, providing guidance on program expectations, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date account information. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with clients, build strong relationships, and contribute to their financial success.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact and liaison between clients, negotiators, creditors, and attorneys
- Welcome new clients to the program and provide a comprehensive overview of the process and expectations
- Update files occasionally with client correspondence and update corresponding department as needed
- Utilize LeadTrac to complete various tasks, including but not limited to: conducting weekly follow-up calls with clients and updating banking and payment information
- Maintain detailed notes and file integrity, all calls are recorded
- Build and maintain strong rapport with clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking debt restructuring services, ensuring a positive and empathetic interaction.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific financial situations, gathering necessary information to initiate the debt restructuring process.
- Collaborate with the legal team to accurately assess each client's financial standing and formulate tailored debt negotiation strategies.
- Guide clients through required documentation and information submission, maintaining accurate records and updating client profiles as needed.
- Keep clients informed about the progress of their debt restructuring, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of debt negotiation strategies.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, assisting them in understanding the legal and financial aspects of the debt restructuring process.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the legal team
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
