You will report directly to the Executive Director and be the primary point of contact for all communication in and out of the Directors office. You’ll work together with the PERSI Board and leadership to assist in the achievement of PERSI’s long range goals and be a professional representative of the Executive Director. Additionally, you will be a key contributor in identifying areas to improve service for our membership.

- Coordinate the Board and Directors calendar to assist in the effective and efficient utilization of the time.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Director and the Board.
- Communicate and interact with the staff, public, public officials, and legislature.
Minimum Qualifications (must be reflected in your resume):
- Interpreting and applying regulations or policies and procedures
- Planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating special projects
- Independently researching, compiling, developing and summarizing material for reports on a frequent or recurring basis
- Analyzing information, identifying problems, defining alternatives and developing recommendations for management/administrators
