The Talent Acquisition Partner will lead the strategies and procedures for all aspects of the recruiting process to meet business needs.
Location: Iowa Judicial Branch Building in Des Moines, IA
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

- Conduct initial screenings and may participate in phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit; update and maintain the applicant tracking system throughout the hiring process.
- Analyze the hiring process and associated data to anticipate hiring needs.
- Manage the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a positive impression of the Iowa Judicial Branch.

Minimum Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Alternatively, a combination of education and experience equal to six (6) years.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Relevant experience with talent acquisition or recruiting
- Technical proficiency in HR systems
- Professional certification (e.g. HRCI or SHRM)
