Job Description
This position functions as a recognized resource, regional project manager in assigned area. This position is responsible for maintaining and evaluating ongoing program relationships with transit agencies, authorities, and providers of public transportation. Additionally, this position provides direct, on-site technical assistance for transit agencies to ensure effective and efficient operations with respect to contract administration, program planning, budgeting, service development and delivery, revenue generation, and operational and administrative oversight of capital and operating contracts, including compliance with state and federal regulations.
The "Salary" listed above is a range that reflects the minimum rate through the maximum rate of the Departmental Analyst 12 position.

Required Education And Experience
Education
Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major.
Experience
Three years of professional experience, including one year of experience equivalent to the experienced (P11) level in state service.
Alternate Education And Experience
Departmental Analyst 12
Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school and the equivalent of at least two years of full-time active-duty experience at or above the E-6 level in the uniformed services may be substituted for the education requirement.
