Job Description
This position is considered limited-term. A limited-term appointment is up to two years from the date of appointment. There is a possibility for extension, but there is no guarantee.

This position supports and assists Homeownership staff by identifying crucial data, generating visually engaging multi-tier
reports, and conducting in-depth analysis of data trends to help the Division achieve its strategic goals and initiatives.
Additionally, the role contributes to the creation of a comprehensive loan reporting portfolio, including narratives,
operational metrics, trends, projections, and summaries. These reports are essential for effective monitoring, strategic
decision-making, and ensuring compliance across all business areas within the Homeownership Division, all of which are
critical to maintaining MSHDA's bond rating.

Required Education And Experience
Education
Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major.
Experience
Departmental Analyst 9
No specific type or amount is required.
Departmental Analyst 10
One year of professional experience.
Departmental Analyst P11
Two years of professional experience, including one year of experience equivalent to the intermediate (10) level in state service.
Alternate Education And Experience
Departmental Analyst 9 - 12
Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school and the equivalent of at least two years of full-time active-duty experience at or above the E-6 level in the uniformed services may be substituted for the education requirement.
