Supports installing, troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining hardware and software, provides the organization with end user support with basic computer hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and other closely related equipment
- Helps with the configuration of wireless network devices connecting to the organization’s wireless local area network(s) (WLAN)
- Assists with deploying computers, printers, software, and other related technologies across the entire organization (imaging (cloning), configuring, installing, data migration, etc.)
- Assists with other related technology projects and helpdesk procedures to answer the helpdesk phone line, monitor the helpdesk call routing system, and route end user support calls to technicians.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Applicants must have the ability to remain objective, non-partisan, and professional regarding all legislative matters and work well under pressure with minimal supervision.
- All work is performed in the State Capitol Building.
- The House prohibits the hiring of any person who at the time of initial hiring is related to any member within the fourth degree by blood or marriage.
