Job Location:
- The office for this position is located at the Harry S Truman State Office Building, 301 W High Street, Jefferson City, MO. 65101.
- Candidates who complete a successful onboarding and training period may be eligible to work at an alternate location in compliance with OA-ITSD's Distributed Workforce Plan.
About this Position:
This position involves working with the State's complex voice, video, cellular and data network as well as telephony providers to provide services to the state agencies statewide. This includes configurations of services on the Cisco Call Manager, Unity, Telephony provider Switches, Voice Mail and various website portals that support Unified Communications, Toll Free, Cellular, Biscom and landline services. The individual will be responsible for assisting with the Cherwell ticketing system, group email and hunt group calls.
This position is with the Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division (OA-ITSD), Unified Communications team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Move, Adds, Changes and Deletes (MACD) of Unified Communications (UC)
- Ordering devices for State Agencies for cellular
- Programming for UC
- Maintaining Billing of services
- Assisting with UC Conversions
- Ordering of Circuits to include MPLS. Ethernet, Broadband, and DSL
- Toll Free provisioning
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of network technology. Ability to learn and apply concepts. Ability to follow technical direction. Ability to apply analytical skill in resolving issues.
This position will work within various vendor websites and the Cisco suite of products. The ability to multi-task is a plus. The position requires both verbal and writing skills as well as being detail oriented. Individual must be reliable and adaptive to change. Much of this will be on the job training due to the uniqueness of the state's system. The job will include addressing questions/tickets as a help desk function.
